Cancellation of Games
- Game cancellations should be done at the park unless all players, coaches and umpires, and concession staff are advised 24 hours in advance.
- Parents / players need to be at the field and it is the umpire's call to postpone / cancel games.

Fair Play Rules 2012

All players will be allowed the same opportunity to develop their skills.

No player will sit a second time until all players have sat once. This should be continued into the next game through the season and not started over every game.

All players will have the opportunity to play in both the infield and the outfield, during regular season games.

No player is to be left in the outfield for an entire game.

No player shall be pigeon-holed (for better or worse) into one position

All players are to be developed for pitching and should be given the opportunity to pitch in the regular season.

All players shall be given the opportunity to play catcher in the regular season.
Parent Code of Conduct
Beacon Hill Little League is an organization that is committed to providing a fun and positive sports environment for children from ages 5 to 12. This code is a guideline for all parents or guardians whose children are players at Beacon Hill Little League.

All parents are expected to conduct themselves in a responsible manner consistent with the values of fair play, integrity, open communication and mutual respect.

Parents are encouraged to model positive behaviour and communicate with their son/daughter that they expect them to do the same.

Parents are expected to refrain from any behaviour or comments that are profane, insulting, harassing, disrespectful or otherwise offensive.

Parents are encouraged to emphasize the importance of values like sportsmanship, respect, cooperation, competition and teamwork to their son/daughter

Parents are expected to uphold this code of conduct during all Beacon Hill Little League games.
