The 2010 registration form is now available for download.

Complete an electronic registration form for each child you wish to register.  There is no need to print a hardcopy of this form unless you wish to keep a copy for your records.

A completed registration form must be e-mailed back to the Registrar at bhillregistrar@gmail.com 

All fees are due upon registration. Cheques for the full amount season can be written out to Beacon Hill B&SA (Beacon Hill Baseball and Softball Association) and mailed to PO Box 50028, RPO Fairfield Plaza, Victoria, BC, V8S 5L8 no later than February 21, 2010.

Or, you can drop off cheques to the Hollywood Park Clubhouse on the following dates:

Feb. 6 and 7 - 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.
Feb. 13 and 14 - 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.

If you prefer to register and pay in person, you are welcome to come to the registration sessions at the clubhouse in Hollywood Park on the dates noted above.

In all cases, we would prefer to collect your registration information electronically and will have computers available at the registration sessions to so. We are undertaking this process to speed up the registration process, limit the use of paper and decrease the burden of administration on our volunteers. Unfortunately, at this time we cannot accept any electronic (e.g., credit or debit cards) forms of payment. 

Registration confirmation will be e-mailed to you upon receipt of a completed registration form and payment. A coach will contact you in early April to inform you of your child’s team and the first practice time and location.
